Economically challenged women find an avenue of success and confidence by simply looking and acting like professionals. The change in appearance and attitude is all due to a non-profit program that gives women $500 dresses, provides all the accessories (including shoes, jewelry, hair design, make-up etc) and instructs them on career choices and job interview techniques .
