For an audience of consumers who are short on time and in need of healthy, everyday cooking solutions, the series offers quick, nutritious and delicious recipes using easy-to-find supermarket ingredients. Hosts are Allison “Allie” Lewis, Sarah Carey, John Barricelli, Margot Olshan and Lucinda Scala Quinn.
