NJN News presented live coverage of Governor Corzine’s Budget Message to a joint session of the state legislature. This program included the legislative response to the Governor’s speech as well as analysis of his remarks. New Jersey is facing a multi-billion dollar state budget deficit in part because of the national recession. Governor Corzine showed his plan for meeting a constitutionally required balanced budget.
