 In SeeMore’s Playhouse, a colorful world of loveable characters, irresistible original music and laugh-out-loud fun combine to promote safe and healthy habits for preschoolers.
In each episode of SeeMore’s Playhouse, SeeMore the Safety Seal plays the role of a teacher and adult friend to his gang of animal pals in the Playhouse. Each program features a potentially dangerous or unhealthy situation that is resolved by SeeMore’s lessons and reinforced by two or more sing-alongs. Bold, colorful, clever animation accompanies each song to make learning points even more memorable.
Adventures with Harry Hippo, in which a confused but loveable Harry helps kids learn basic concepts like color and shape, and Knock Knock Jokes add variety and texture to the show. Celebrities like Kevin Bacon, Ed Bagley Jr., and others make appearances to keep things lively. Each episode ends with a cartoon Pop Quiz that dishes out silliness with its summary.
This season, SeeMore the Safety Seal and his friends — Harry Hippo, Lotti Lamb, Shades Wolf, Penny Pup, Basil Wombat and new Playhouse member Frostbite the Penguin — learn important lessons about fire, bicycle, poison, playground, pool and water safety, as well as exercise, nutrition and self-esteem.
