TV Spot Production Services
All messages produced and/or edited for broadcast on NJN must comply with applicable FCC/PBS and NJN guidelines. If necessary, NJN provides complimentary editing services or broadcast quality spot production with most media buys.
Clients providing pre-produced FCC/PBS/NJN compliant spots for the NJN campaign receive an additional 10% of inventory to the on-air return benefits package.
Complimentary production/editing is a value-added service offered every other year of a contract.
Should a client wish to have production of new spots when renewing in a year when complimentary production is not included, NJN will offer deeply discounted production rates.
Clients and agencies requesting production services beyond NJN’s capability will incur cost. Also, clients wishing to revise spots during campaign flight will incur minimal NJN out-of- pocket costs for changes.
While production elements vary according to the level of the buy, the following Levels may be used as a guideline:
Level I
($3,000-$9,999) |
NJN will provide complimentary editing service for an existing 30-second or 15-second television message (details provided upon request). For sponsors without pre-produced creative, NJN will offer production services at a discounted rate.
