BURT WOLF Lecture and Wine Tasting at Liberty Science Center

2 PM TO 3 PM– FREE PUBLIC LECTURE
- BURT WOLF – television producer, writer, journalist and worldwide traveler – talks about his current series – Travels & Traditions – and about traveling, dining around the world, and the traditions of other cultures, finishing up with a look at the Garden State’s abundant harvest. The lecture is free and open to the public, but registration is required.

NJN held a free lecture with Lidia Bastianich of Lidia’s Italy who spoke about cooking with fresh summer produce and local dairy products. Later that day, a special reception with Lidia offered an opportunity for paid attendees to talk with Lidia in the Blue Comet Auditorium in the CRRNJ Terminal at Liberty State Park. Attendees were able to bring their Lidia cookbooks for Lidia to sign.
