program - Boarder babies are born to mothers who are substance
abusers. Born into poverty, they are children who do not have
a place to call home, and they remain at the hospital until
foster or adoptive homes can be found. Another View looks
at the Boarder Babies program at Beth Israel Hospital in Newark,
how it got started, techniques to make the babies feel they
are in a home environment, the help from volunteers and the
costs incurred. Additionally, the program looks at possible
solutions to the problem, finding homes for Boarder Babies,
as well as some current health issues.

to effectively manage the disease.
