Dedicated to the treatment and rehabilitation of Spanish speaking individuals who are addicted to drugs or alcohol. Offers long term residential drug-free rehabilitation programs; outpatient drug-free rehabilitation programs; short-term residential program for alcoholic addicts who are 18 years or older; an outreach prevention program in surrounding communities of "high risk" youngsters 12-17 years old; supplementary services that include vocational evaluation and training, high school equivalency preparation, a health examination that includes both physical and laboratory test, HIV education and prevention, recreational activities and job placement assistance, as made available to the program. The New Jersey Office on Disability Services promotes and facilitates the maximum independence of people with disabilities through information and access to services and supports. The Office fosters coordination and cooperation among government agencies that serve people with disabilities.

It maintains a comprehensive information and referral system, provides a statewide directory of disability services and serves as a "single point of entry" for those not meeting various requirements for other disability specific programs.

The Personal Assistance Services Program (PASP) is designed to provide personal assistance services to physically disabled adults who reside in the community. The purpose is to provide assistance to disabled individuals to enable them to be active and live independently, to become employed, attend school or vocational training or to support community-based living. NCLR is a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan, tax-exempt organization established in 1968 to reduce poverty and discrimination, and improve life opportunities for Hispanic Americans. NCLR has chosen to work toward this goal through two primary, complementary approaches: Capacity-building assistance to support and strengthen Hispanic community-based organizations, and applied research, policy analysis, and advocacy.

The Center for Health Promotion (CHP) serves as an umbrella that integrates and coordinates major health-related activities. The CHP and the Policy Analysis Center have joined forces to do health policy at a national level and are developing field advocacy at a state level. In addition, we are the "think tank" serving as a voice for Hispanic Americans in Washington, D.C.
