Joyce Koo

Joyce Koo joined NJN News in September, 1999. She has been covering stories from politics to education to features about interesting people in the garden state.

Joyce graduated from Stanford University with a double major in English and political science. She decided to pursue broadcast journalism because it combined her love of performing on stage as a dancer and actress with her love of writing.

She is a newlywed who likes to spend her free time reading, cooking and doing yoga. She and her husband also work with the youth group at their church and enjoy traveling together.
