Jim Gentry, while serving in the Navy in 1943, sent a request, as follows (caption):

"Jim's request: 'A picture of Bob Hope teeing up on the last hole.'  Hope takes time off from movie-making, tees off for Jim in top form."

This clipping was the result, and one of Jim's most prized wartime mementos.
