Commission on Holocaust Education
NJN Public Television, through its outstanding programming in
the arts, history, humanities and education, will enable the
new millennium to eradicate some of the evils of the past century.
The New Jersey Commission on Holocaust Education is dedicated
through its teaching about the Holocaust and genocide to reduce
the scourge of bias, prejudice and discrimination. The NJN programming
of past events, helps meet this goal. The showing of the documentary
"Lessons for Life," an experience in human relationships,
includes two New Jersey delegations visiting the infamous sites
of the Holocaust; It is an example of the excellent programming
by NJN. The documentary compares and contrasts how Holocaust
Education is being taught around the world. |
