New Jersey Independent U.S. Senate Candidate Forum 2006
on NJN Public Television & Radio

Tuesday, October 31 at 10 pm and Sunday, November 5 at 12 pm

Trenton – As part of its comprehensive coverage of Election 2006, NJN presents the 2006 New Jersey Independent U.S. Senate Candidate Forum. NJN senior political correspondent Michael Aron will host the one-hour program to be broadcast on NJN on Tuesday, October 31 at 10:00 pm and rebroadcast on Sunday, November 5 at 12:00 pm.

New Jersey’s seven independent and third party candidates running in this year’s U.S. Senate race have been invited to participate:
• Daryl Mikell Brooks, Independent candidate
• Rev. J.M. Carter, Independent candidate
• Len Flynn, Libertarian Party candidate
• Edward Forchion. Legalize Marijuana Party candidate
• Angela Lariscy, Socialist Workers Party candidate
• Gregory Pason, Socialist Party candidate
• N. Leonard Smith, Independent candidate

The program will be simulcast on NJN Public Radio and will be web streamed at njn.net. The program is closed captioned and can also be seen on Time Warner cable in New York on channel 750
