Ask This Old House Invites House Call Submissions
For 2006-07 Season on PBS

Emmy-Nominated Series Travels This Season to
Six Cities Nationwide Including One Mystery Location

STATEWIDE – Looking for expert solutions to your everyday household challenges? Do you wish that America’s No. 1 home improvement team would appear on your doorstep? Now is your chance. Submit a compelling home repair question at www.thisoldhouse.com and the Ask This Old House experts could be making a House call to your New Jersey home.

Perplexed in Paterson? Troubled in Trenton? After four hit seasons, the PBS Emmy-nominated series Ask This Old House is inviting home enthusiasts in New Jersey and nationwide to help choose one additional location for a House call. Now is your chance to have America’s No. 1 home improvement team come to your house and provide expert solutions to your household challenge. Submit a compelling home repair question at www.thisoldhouse.com and the Ask This Old House experts could visit your New Jersey home. Every submission is like a vote for a House call to your city.

Entries are currently being accepted for the upcoming season. Ask This Old House host Kevin O’Connor, general contractor Tom Silva, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey, and landscape contractor Roger Cook will travel West this season. They will visit Las Vegas in May, San Francisco and Sacramento in June, Denver in August, Boston (their home base) throughout the season, and then the mystery city. Could it be in New Jersey?

In order to be chosen as the lucky homeowner in the mystery location, entries must be submitted no later than June 30, 2006 on the website at www.thisoldhouse.com. The area with the most compelling entries will be announced the week of July 24th and the House call location will be visited by the Ask This Old House crew in the fall of 2006. Even if you don’t receive a personal House call this season, the expert crew just may tackle your home improvement problem in the Ask This Old House loft, This Old House magazine, and/or the interactive web site.

The fifth season of Ask This Old House will premiere nationally on PBS in October 2006 (check local listings and/or www.thisoldhouse.com/tvschedule).
