US SENATE DEBATE LIVE ON NJN
Monday, June 26 at 8 pm

STATEWIDE – NJN will air a live televised debate between US Senator Robert Menendez, Democrat, and his Republican opponent NJ State Senator Tom Kean Jr. on Monday, June 26, at 8 pm. Kent Manahan, NJN News anchor, will moderate the debate. A panel of reporters will question the two candidates: Michael Aron, senior political correspondent, NJN News; Jim Hooker, NJN State House correspondent; Raju Chebium, Gannett Washington Bureau; and Mike Kelly, The Record. The one-hour debate will be simulcast on NJN Public Radio and will be web cast and archived at www.njn.net. The program is close-captioned. The debate will be rebroadcast on Sunday, July 2 at noon.
