STATEWIDE – NJN News continues to provide updates on the ongoing NJ State Budget impasse and the shutdown of state government until a resolution is reached. NJN will broadcast breaking news directly from the State House as State House correspondent Jim Hooker and NJN reporters Adrienne Supino and Zachary Fink interview government officials and other decision makers about the status of the negotiations. NJN News will talk with legislators, Cabinet members and others on the effects of the shutdown on state residents and solicit suggestions on the best ways for the public to deal with unavailable services.
Coverage on the budget process and any press conferences by Governor Jon Corzine will be covered by NJN News throughout the week with special live broadcasts. NJN News can be seen Monday through Friday at 6 pm, 7:30 pm and 11 pm. NJN has been following the budget process closely, providing comprehensive coverage during the negotiations.
