NJN News to Provide Special Coverage
of Governor James McGreevey’s Farewell Speech
Monday, November 8, 1:30 pm, with a rebroadcast at 11:30 pm

STATEWIDE – NJN News will provide live coverage of Governor James McGreevey’s farewell speech on Monday, November 8, 1:30 pm, with a rebroadcast in the evening at 11:30 pm. The Governor is scheduled to give his farewell speech and highlights of his administration’s accomplishments to a gathering of friends, supporters and legislators at the NJ State Museum Auditorium in Trenton.

NJN News anchor Kent Manahan will be in the studio with Republican political analyst Roger Bodman and Democratic political analyst Rick Thigpen who will provide commentary on the Governor’s speech. Senior political correspondent Michael Aron will provide on-the-spot coverage and interviews with members of the audience at the auditorium.

This special public affairs program also can be seen on Time Warner cable in New York and will be broadcast simultaneously on NJN Public Radio. The coverage will be web streamed and archived on the NJN web site at www.njn.net.
